Domestic Shipping (within India)

Free shipping all over India. 

Order Processing time is 2-3 working days.

Order delivery time is 6-7 inworking days after dispatch in India and 10-12 working days in international.

In case you need a faster delivery, please reach out to us with your request via E-mail on divaimpexjaipur@gmail.com and we will try to arrange an Express Delivery for you. Express Delivery charges will be applicable.

We cannot change the shipping address once the order has been placed. 

International Shipping

Please do note that there will be shipping charges involved which will be conveyed to you as you make the purchase. (The price will be calculated on the basis of the weight and additional packaging dimensions and country)

Note: We highly recommend you to take a video while opening the parcel.

Lost Packages and Damage

We work with leading delivery and fulfilment partners only. In case your order gets lost in transit, we will initiate a full refund to you.

In case the package appears damaged, please record video evidence of the unboxing, so we can take it up with our delivery partners. We will not be able to provide refunds and exchanges for damaged products without the video evidence.
