We attempt To make sure that each transaction that you have with us is flawless. Hence, we take great care in adhering to the highest quality standards.
We therefore follow Return/Exchange of the product within 48hrs of delivery.
The return is only applicable in case of a defect in our product for which the customer needs to have an opening video. No refunds will be initiated on damaged items without video evidence.
Exchange Policy
Products can be exchanged for a different size, provided that such variation is available. Customers are allowed to exchange within 48 hours of product delivery. Exchanges exceeding 48 hours will not be processed.
In order to be eligible for a return or exchange, make sure that these following conditions are met:
- Product must be returned in its original packaging
- Product wasn't used or damaged
- Product must include original tags (if applicable)
- Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase
- Products purchased under a sale or discount are not eligible for Return, Refund or Exchange.

- It remains our endeavour to represent our products accurately. However, please expect colour discrepancies as our products are viewed across devices with varied colour calibrations.
In case of returns, you can choose to ship the product back to us at your own cost.

Damages And Issues
Please Inspect Your Order Upon Reception (Should Have An Opening Video) And Contact Us Immediately If The Item Is Defective, Damaged Or If You Receive The Wrong Item, So That We Can Evaluate The Issue And Make It Right.
Sale or special offer items are non-exchangeable, non-returnable, and non-refundable. We do not provide size exchanges for sale articles. Kindly review the product details carefully before placing your order.

1. Exchanges are possible within 48hrs after the delivery of the product.
2. Only defective items in their original packing, with all of the labels and tags still attached, are eligible for exchange.

4. Please be aware that each order is only eligible for one exchange.
5. You are responsible for paying for the product's shipping expenses (including reverse pickup).

Yes, you can cancel your order before it's dispatching.
When the specified size of the exchange product is unavailable, how will I get credit for my money?
You'll receive an email with the credit note, which you can use for 30 days on the ALBELEE website. Please be sure to utilize the credit all at once.
I cannot fit into this outfit. What should I do?

If the product has been worn and washed, exchanges and returns are prohibited?
Any return or exchange is prohibited for purchases from the SALE area. All purchases made during sales, discounts, coupons, and with gift cards are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.
