No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted for items on sale, discounted, or bought with a coupon or gift voucher. Please carefully review the size chart for items that are currently on sale.

Please return any defective or incorrect items to us along with your order number if you get them. We will send you a new item after the goods have been returned and sent to us. 
Some Made-to-Order items are exempt from return policies because they are custom-made. 

The product website for such products makes it quite clear what the return and exchange policy is. 

Sarees, accessories, home decor, and jewellery categories do not accept returns or exchanges.

What is the ALBELEE Exchange policy?

Per business policy, we do not offer refunds or returns on any products once they have been sold. If the requirements mentioned above and conditions are met, ALBELEE pieces can be replaced after they have been sold in a larger or smaller size. If the desired size of the product is not in stock, customers will be given a credit note.

You may write to us at divaimpexjaipur@gmail.com within two working days or 48 working hours of delivery to seek an exchange, if the item is defective.

Please return the product to us yourself after the ALBELEE team has acknowledged it during the following working day, as we do not currently have a reverse pickup service. Please remember to collect a receipt from the courier with his signature and mobile number acknowledging how many things you are sending. Any lost shipments are not the responsibility of ALBELEE.

The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs, which are not refundable. We advise sending products back using trackable mail.

1. Exchanges are possible within 3 days after the delivery date. 
2. Only defective items in their original packing, with all of the labels and tags still attached, are eligible for exchange.
3. Please write your name, address, phone number, email, order ID, and the size required on the package.
4. Please be aware that each order is only eligible for one exchange.
5. You are responsible for paying for the product's shipping expenses (including reverse pickup).

Can I cancel my purchase?

Once an order is prepaid, it is not eligible for cancellation.

Orders that have been paid for in advance cannot be cancelled. 

The consumer consents not to contest ALBELEE's judgement and to comply with its decision regarding the cancellation.

When the specified size of the exchange product is unavailable, how will I get credit for my money?
You'll receive an email with the credit note, which you can use for 30 days on the ALBELEE website. Please be sure to utilize the credit all at once.

I cannot fit into this outfit. What should I do?
In that case, we suggest you to check our size chart before placing any order. Or you ca call us on +91-8384962455 for any suggestion related to size.


Why is my exchange not accepted?
We make an effort to make sure every transaction on our website goes smoothly. We supply our goods with great care and uphold the highest quality standards.
If the customer does not like the fabric or colour of the garment, exchanges or returns are not permitted. Instead, we advise the customer to read the product description and carefully review all the images before placing an order. You can also call us if you want to get more specifics about the product.

Human hands use a variety of procedures to create and handle our products. Variations in colour, polish, and overall appearance are unavoidable. The colour accuracy of your monitor, for which there may be slight variances, will determine what colours you see on our website.

Please don't expect an exchange or return for the colour variation, which depends on the client's device's screen resolution and camera lighting.

We've done everything we can to ensure that ALBELEE appropriately depicts the hues of our items. We cannot, however, guarantee that the colour seen on your monitor will be exactly as it appears on other monitors, tablets, and mobile devices because they all differ.

If the product has been worn and washed, exchanges and returns are prohibited?
Any return or exchange is prohibited for purchases from the SALE area. All purchases made during sales, discounts, coupons, and with gift cards are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Can I exchange, return, or cancel a foreign order?

What time frame will it take for my order to arrive?
Your overseas order will take between 10 and 12 days to arrive from the shipping time.

What forms of payment does ALBELEE accept for deliveries outside of the country?
You can pay for your orders with international delivery using any global credit card.
